Hello KK, Sabah!

My trip to KK,Sabah last month was indeed short. Visited few famous places there and ate a lot of seafood (especially crab). Well, let's enjoy some of the photos I took during the trip :)

The first stop we went was Tanjung Aru which is located opposite the KK Airport.

Lucky to have friends from Sabah. They brought us to visit a resort near Tanjung Aru. Nice resort, nice scenery. But we kena halau by the guard there, saying that we can't go in the resort because we are not staying there.

Eng eng...

We went to Gaya Market before we went Kundasang + Ranau the next day. A quick visit at Kundasang. Only managed to take few photos from the hill top and walked around at the hot spring.

The most excited part was definitely our visit to Manukan Island. We wanted to go so badly and planned to go on the 3rd day but unfortunately it rained that day. We were "forced" to wait for the next day. Yeah, luckily it was cloudy the next morning and thus we made our move to the island.

Reached Manukan!

Tried snorkelling for the first time. It was not what I expected earlier though. The water were not as clean as I thought it would be. There were plastics that hit my face while I swim =.= Plus I hardly see any fish lerrr... Well, I do heard local people said that Mamutik Island has cleaner water as well as Sapi Island. Will go next time xD Besides snorkelling, we went on for Parasailing and Banana Boat. It's not my first time experience but it was still fun!

The food.

This is Wan Wan fish noodle located in Bundusan. A must taste food if you visit KK.

The Dott Eggtart at Merdeka Squre. Recommended by one of my friends and it didn't disappoint me :)

Bak Kut Teh is one of my favourite too. Forgot what's the name of the shop >.< And...this was the end of our product. Too hungry la...xD

And of course the seafood is delicious! I miss the CRAB!!!

Today is the last day of Chinese New Year.

I can hear lots of sound from the fireworks out there. It's kinda noisy but I don't hate it because you can only see this much of fireworks during CNY but not other seasons.

Hello, people!

I'm back again after missing for like 1 month?

I guess it's time for me to write something :)

Basically, I have turned 20 back in January.
Yes, I'm officially 20 now! I'm happy! :)
I really appreciate to have a birthday in the first month of the year.
To me it's like a new year, a new age; everthing goes from the beginning.
just my opinion la :x *

Anyway, have given myself a good break all this while.
eat & sleep. think & learn. laugh & enjoy. more, of course.
After all, holiday is good la. although sometimes we get bored right?* xD

Christmas Eve

Hang out with friends during Christmas Eve seems to make my day a little difference.

It was kinda awkward at first with the Chang brothers but still I feel nice to meet them after a long time. Was definitely happier to meet the two girls :D

Got to watched "Gullivers Travel" with them that afternoon and had a lot of laugher during the movie. It's a recommended movie to you :)

Sky juice was served before you order.

Ordered Bolognaise for myself and it was superb!!! :D

Besides the delicious food they have there, it's a nice place for family, friends and partners to dine at with its very soothing environment, good service and reasonable price of food.

It was again a wonderful and thankful dinner. Thanks to Desmond for bringing me there :) Would like to visit this western restaurant again next time XD Wanna try more of their western food there. I'm sure they won't disappoint me. haha!

Friday Night

Friday night was indeed great :) Went to celebrate Alvin and Aaron's birthday at Bambastic Cafe located at Padungan. They have nice food and drinks there with reasonable price.

After that, we took a walk to the Christmas carnival organised by Celcom which located behind MBKS. The entrance into the carnival is free but if you wish to enter the "Winter Wonderland" they will charge you RM5 per person.

Some of my friends went in but I wanted to walk around and shoot. Kinda love the lights surrounded all over the place. It somehow creates a warm Christmas feel. I know la, it's not like other countries they have like more Christmas decorations along the street but at least Kuching has something like that ba XD

L.O.V.E

The first week of holiday passed just like that. Basically finished up my room cleaning and there're a lot more things awaiting me to accomplish during this 2 months holiday :D Must not wasted! And it's another new week starting tomorrow. Have a nice day guys :)

It's DECEMBER! How fast!

I don't know about you guys but when it comes to December, I always think of Christmas! I love Christmas although I'm not a Christian. I like those relaxing Christmas songs that can cheer you up and calm your mind; the ornaments that are so lovely that you wanna buy them all :)

Here, I would like to share the song "This Christmas" by JYP nation. It's my first Christmas song this year. A very cheerful and lovely song that can make you feel this Christmas is almost here. Enjoy ^^

Good morning!

The only Sunday morning I'm free from work as in teaching. Although so, I still need to work on my assigments after this short post. Oh, well... this few weeks I have spend most of my time thinking and searching ideas for my design assignments and all works are still in progress. And some dues are on next week so all the best for myself :S

Alright, I think I should continue with my assignment now. Will post more after everything is settled. Have a nice day people :)

Finally finished my poster for Form & Structure and handed in today. And I'm here to blog ^^

Basically school started and I'm getting back to my busy mode. Finished one today but I think next few weeks almost everyday have to think about assignments :( Yet there are some people who think design students are very relax, no exam but do you know that our assignments are like "mountain"? Anyway, let's forget about the business of assignments tonight and let me share some photos me and my group took during photography class yesterday. It was about painting with light.

My Project 1 Task 1 for Form & Structure In Communication Design. This assignment required us to construct our own design layout, headlines and storylines for any newspaper you want and I chose The Edge Malaysia. So means all the news are fake ya XD As for the photos, some I took it myself such as the phua chu kang's legs* and some I took it from google. All this were done in Adobe Indesign which is kinda new to me but it's nice to learn new things in this project :)

I'm Over Happy

I'm having holiday now people. Liking* because will have more of my own time doing what I like :)

And last saturday went shopping with my mum at the spring. And know what? Mum bought me some products from Nature Republic and I get sooo excited! Ignore me if I sound extreme "sakai"*. First of all it's because my love TVXQ sub trio JYJ are the new endorsers for Nature Republic. Second, is that I'm not a girl who really cares about what to use for cleaning my face, what mask to use bla bla bla... and I usually share those things with my mum. But, mum said I have to start own those things myself. So ya listened to her and bought those basic needs for take caring a face? Hopefully those foam cleanser, toner and moisturizer mum bought works well for me :)

Afternoon tea at Nee's Cafe

Last week was Ying's birthday. We, as in me and evon brought her to Nee's Cafe for a simple afternoon tea with delicious cakes. It was a belated one because of my assigment. sorry ying* hugs* So, that afternoon had tea and cakes and updating each another since we seldom meet each other in school. Got to know some "shocking" news which I'm not going to mention here XD And I somehow feel that we should meet up more like this la... hehe...

The Birthday Girl

This is Evon, the birthday girl :)

As I mentioned in my previous post, her birthday is here, which was actually yesterday. And because her "schedule" was fully packed, we went to celebrate her birthday earlier on last saturday night at Sharing Planet. Like what we planned, she only thought that we go there for dinner but indeed we planned a small surprise for her with a oreo cheese birthday cake and of course birthday song la. Hehe... Nothing more than she's happy and she enjoyed herself that night :)

After the dinner we went to Kuching Food Festival, not for food but to see Mr. Tan (our secondary school teacher who teaches us chinese) to sing on stage! Only the very one song and we went back! XD sounds crazy but fun! Haha...So, that ends the night :) Great one.

p/s: the birthday cake seems like burning in the photos above XD but, who cares :p

This is my first artwork to show here :) Basically, inspired by evon, who somehow like stitch? And her birthday is coming!!! XD So, ya, spend some of my free time doing this. Draw. Colour with Soft Pastel (first time using soft pastel to colour so sorry if it's not nice enough). Capture, put on screen and lastly added the wordings :)
